Don’t be afraid to be alone with your thoughts.

Turn them upside down, inside out, explore them until they feel wrong and then feel right again.

Don’t be afraid of the changes you may see in your mind.


Work to better understand yourself.

Be alone and discover yourself, it is a journey without end.



A Whales Breath / A Human Breath

A sperm whale stores oxygen in its muscles at the surface, so it doesn’t get crushed by diving deep into the ocean. (Its lungs collapse at great depths.) We as humans cannot do that. However, don’t forget the power of breathing. Breathe in some fresh air and linger on it today. Remember to breathe when you’re upset, overwhelmed or angry. Take a deep breath outside this morning and feel the energy in the air mother earth provides for you.
